I hoped to sell this magical time capsule to a buyer who would appreciate it for what it is. Unfortunately, that’s not the story for this home. It will be torn down next month, and a multi-million-dollar new build will take its place.
Thanks to the incredible team at Lovett Deconstruction & Salvage Shop, much of what you see here was able to be salvaged and will live on in another space or multiple spaces - new beginnings. For that, I am so grateful. Visit Lovett Salvage Shop more more information.

🏡 Here was my marketing spiel:
Lovingly preserved mid-century canvas with history, soul, and clear future value. Built in 1960, this tri-level home retains the materials and character that designers search for but rarely find intact. Vertical grain hemlock paneling wraps the walls and ceilings, intersected by exposed beams that give the living spaces warmth and rhythm. Find original wood windows—several with leaded glass patterns—and a charming Dutch door that hints at the personality within. The galley kitchen remains true to its era, with solid wood cabinetry and original Formica counters, offering a foundation ready for reinterpretation or preservation. Classic tri-level layout with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, with flexible living areas. Creativity lives here—you can feel it in the spaces, the light, and the quiet authenticity of the materials. Behind the character are important structural updates, including a new furnace, newer roof, new main water line, and new walk-in tile shower giving the next owner a solid starting point. Set on a .35 acre lot among a street of multimillion-dollar homes, the location alone suggests what’s possible. The property includes a two-car tandem garage with workshop, ideal for builder, designer, or maker ready to imagine what comes next. Just a short walk to the high school, golf course, and rec center, this is a place where lifestyle and opportunity intersect.
