This off-market deal was like lightning striking in just the right place at just the right time. We just closed this afternoon on the sale of this 4-bedroom home in Bull Mountain. It took a lot of heavy lifting to get this home on the market, under contract, and all the way to closing but at the end of the day it's all worth it!
