Just went pending on this sweet sweet condo on Nob Hill. My sellers did all the right things to attract buyers and make it shine! Might I add the other condo for sale in this building has been on the market for 194 days. Our unit has only been listed 8 days. Thanks again to for the stage!

A 1% difference in rate could change your loan amount by almost $50,000! So if you are choosing to hold off until next year to see what happens with housing prices, you may end up getting caught with a higher rate and qualifying for a smaller loan amount. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

The graph shows an example of a client looking get pre-qualified for a loan with a payment amount of $1,686. If they were to purchase now, with a rate of 3%, they would qualify for a $400,000 loan. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
