Function is huge! I love a gorgeous home with great vibes as much or maybe even more than the next guy or gal….BUT how you’ll live in a space has to be seriously evaluated. Don’t get caught up in a bad floor plan or one that isn’t practical for your life simply because you’re smitten with the charm and character of a home!

And if your real estate agent only talks about the positive in every house….that’s a red flag. Part of our job is to point out the things buyers might miss or not consider.

This one was a labor of love for the process and a desire to right the wrongs of another local real estate agent who had misguided our sellers.

We scrubbed this one top to bottom, painted almost every wall, fixed blinds, door k***s, cabinets and light fixtures. We cleaned the sweet yard and garden boxes, weeded and mulched and then staged it to get it ready for the next owners who would surely love the location and ease- just a few minutes from downtown Hood River and The Heights!

The consistent agent WINS every time. Markets fluctuate. Sure, there have been fewer transactions this year. A large number of agents have left the business, others are struggle to figure out what’s next but the good agents are leaning into the opportunity because it opportunity exists regardless of market conditions.

Success is actually pretty simple! It’s not about doing groundbreaking things each day, hitting monumental milestones each day......it’s about having a plan and doing a core set of things with vigor on a very regualr basis.
