Well it just happened! Rates under 7% for FHA and VA buyers! 6.99%. Great time to buy now because there’s a decent amount of inventory. Interest rates will most likely go down (a little) in 2024 but home prices will be more competitive when they do (More buyers in the market). And most lenders have great refi programs where you can refi within 5 years (however many times you want) with no lender fees, no appraisal fees, no escrow fees, and generally an additional incentive in there as well. So buy now, refi later at a lower rate!
