I’m officially a licensed Real Estate Agent in Oregon🎉

My name is Cloie Surgeon and I have officially joined Angell & Co at Coldwell Banker Bain. 3 years ago Caralee helped my family buy their very first home. I saw how impacting Caralee’s supportive presence was and that inspired me to work with her to learn her ways. I’ve been Caralee Angell’s assistant for just under 3 years and I’ve enjoyed every second of it but now I decided it was time to start my own career as a realtor. The reason why I became a realtor was to not only build my wealth but build up others! I believe everyone deserves a chance to own their own home with confidence. My goal as your future realtor is to make your home buying/selling process the smoothest and most rewarding possible!! Working at Coldwell Banker Bain gives me so many useful resources and experienced colleagues I can work with.
