I have been a NNA/NSA Certified and Background Screened Mobile Notary Signing Agent since April 2005. In addition to the loan closing experience, I have signed hundreds of general notarial acts to include, Jurats, Acknowledgments and witnessing for documents such as Affidavits, Deed of Trusts, Trustee Deeds, Warrantee/Quit Claim Deeds, Wills, POAs, Letters of Intents, Business contracts, employment verifications including I9 forms, divorce agreements, modifications, and debt settlement agreements. To date I have successfully closed well over 5500 loans which has provided me with the knowledge and familiarity of a variety of loan documentation including but not limited to variable and fixed rates, option arms, conventional, automobile loans, FHA, VA, Reverse mortgages, HELOCs, REOs, as well as other hybrid loans and modifications. I value open communication throughout the document process; keeping in contact whenever possible to assure that all docs are ready and complete before the closing. I am licensed in Oregon and available to travel up to a 100 mile radius which covers over a dozen counties. I do not subcontract out appointments. I carry $100,000 E&O insurance and a $10,00 bond. I have a full functioning office with the ability to receive email docs, fax and high speed dual tray laser printing with PCL compliance as well as smart phone and Ipad capabilities to assure open communication throughout the process.
