Today, Kyra and Dakota closed on their dream home, and what a journey it was. ❤️

From the very beginning, they knew exactly what they wanted: Cedar Hills/Cedar Mill area, acreage, and a home with a cozy cabin feel. The morning this property hit the market, they sent me their schedule, and I immediately told them, “We have to see it today.” I knew a property this special wouldn’t last.

The moment we walked through the door, they knew it was the one. There wasn’t a doubt in their minds. When I saw their reaction, I knew I had to do all that I could to make this dream a reality for them.

After the showing, we headed to a nearby tap house to talk strategy. I shared my goal: write such a compelling offer that the listing agent would feel confident canceling the open houses. When I received the text from Allison Wadsworth and Marie Morgan to help Hayden purchase his very first home, I felt immediately honored and a bit emotional 🥹. Allie and I have been friends with Marie since the 7th grade and now one of her children has officially bought a home of his own. How is this even possible? Where does the time go?

Working with Hayden was an absolute dream. He is kind, honest, down-to-earth, responsible, hard-working, and wicked smart. He fell in love with this home right away, and it’s easy to see why. Small town setting, new construction, a huge yard for his two pups, and it backs to natural wetlands where he can listen to the frogs at night… just like when he was a kid.

Handing over those keys was pretty special. I couldn’t be happier for you, Hayden. ❤️

These two special buyers just purchased their very first home together, and it truly couldn’t have been more meant to be. 🥹

Kate & Darren were referred to me by past clients I adore, which made this feel extra special from the start. After a couple of months of touring homes, we walked into one that checked all the boxes… but something just didn’t feel right. Kate looked at me and said, “I feel like something’s wrong with me. I’m not getting that feeling people talk about when they know it’s the one.”

I assured her there was absolutely nothing wrong with her, and that she would know when it was right. I had no doubt — especially not with someone like Kate.

And she did ❤️

The very next home we walked into, she instantly said, “Oh my gosh, I love it!” Darren moved through the home just ahead of her, noticing little details around every corner that he knew would make her smile. It was so special to watch them explore, fall in love, and begin to see this space not just as a house, but as the place where their next chapter together would unfold.

With multiple offers on the table, we crafted a strong, thoughtful offer — one that truly stood out. I knew this was their home, and when I got the call that their offer was accepted, I actually got teary-eyed standing in the grocery line. Even the cashier was cheering right along with me! 😍
