Happy New Year, everyone! 🎉🥂🍾
In 2025, I had the privilege of closing 22 homes, working with 18 sellers and 4 buyers, referring 5 buyers who relocated out of state, and earning a spot in the Top 300 agents in the Portland area. It was a defining year in my real estate business, with a strong focus on sellers, which made listing preparation especially intense but also incredibly educational.
This year pushed me to evolve. Through hands on experience, trial, and refinement, I changed my approach to listing prep and marketing, and I saw firsthand what truly works to position a home for success.
I could not have done this without my incredible support team, including my transaction coordinator, contractors, title and escrow team, stager, photographer, and so many others who showed up behind the scenes to help my clients and my business thrive.
During this time, I also laid the groundwork for what’s next. I created the vision for “TurnKeesey Homes”, a brand that I plan to fully implement in 2026. The growth I experienced this year made it clear that to serve my clients at the highest level, I need strong systems and the right people in place.
And at the heart of all of it are the people who trusted me with one of the biggest decisions of their lives, my clients.
