This week, I hit pause and spent time on vacation with my family — and this time, I got to bring my mom along ❤️👩‍👧‍👧

I work harder than anyone I know 💻📈 Not for the “stuff” or the spotlight.
✨ I still drive the same car I’ve had for 9 years
✨ I’m not chasing designer bags or a mansion
✨ My circle? Still made up of real friends from way back

I hustle daily so I can create freedom and make memories that matter 💕
One day, I’ll treat everyone I love to a trip like this ✈️🌴
But for now, I’m so proud to include my mom in these moments.

I’m building a life of intentional choices, not just highlight reels.

🔥 What. A. Day. 🔥

Entrepreneurship isn’t always glamorous, but today felt like one of those rare, magic-filled days. ✨

I took a big step toward a dream I’ve quietly carried for a while—one that ties together my past in corporate America, my love for this community, and my passion for helping small businesses grow. ❤️

An old firehouse in my favorite Hamilton neighborhood is officially up for RFP. The moment I heard, I knew I had to go for it. Today, I toured it—and I could see it. The vision, the potential, the heartbeat of something new and meaningful. 🔥

Now comes the fun part: putting that vision on paper. Making the case for why this building, this moment, and this dream belong together—with the help of my incredible team. 💪 They believe in these crazy dreams right alongside me, and they show up every single time to help make them real. This wouldn’t happen without them. We’re going to lay out exactly why we are the right people for this project. I may not land it—but I promise, I’ll give it everything I’ve got. I always shoot my shot. 🏀

And if that wasn’t enough for one day… just as I was pulling away, I got an email about another property. I rushed over, walked in, and instantly knew. Wrote an offer on the spot. Let’s see where it lands. 🏡

Whether I win both, one, or none at all—I’m proud. Proud of the heart behind this business. Proud of this team. Proud to keep building something real. Every day I get to build something, stretch myself, and serve others… that’s the dream already. ❤️

I currently have houses available to rent. 2 are already listed on Zillow. 2 are in Lindenwald and one is over by the cemetery. All are 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom rWill accept HUD vash for the Lindenwald properties for the right tenant.

PSA!!! My friend Carrie helps me in listing my homes for rent. I am insanely too busy and it’s a HUGE help. She’s constantly getting told she’s a scammer which she definitely isn’t. She’s doing me a huge favor. She does all the posting and answering. She takes all the phone calls to ensure people aren’t trying to scam me. Before anyone can go view a house she’ll have you fill out a Zillow application. If that looks good she’ll give you a code to get in. If you are approved to move in I will meet you at the house and give you keys and ALL the necessary information. Thank you.

My life, mind and business has been a little insane lately. Navigating boundaries, big emotions and staying true to the person I am has been heavy. Today I went over to my most favorite Airbnb to work after having my hair done. Something about being here just helps so much. I look around here and see all that I have done and love. In this old house where I stained trim, hung ceilings, wainscoting, wallpaper, tiles, backsplash. Every single room of this I put so much love and attention to. It reminds me that I can do anything. Having this time to work and reflect while also getting to talk to 3 other lady business owners was what I needed. Time to dust myself off and keep on tackling this life.

So back in the MySpace days it asked who your idol was. Mine said “Barbie as in the doll.” You see Barbie was everything. I wanted to be able to be anything! I always had a super strange era of confidence in spite of the fact that I wasn’t actually great at anything. Fast forward to now and I am actually good at something! The past few days I have been going to view some houses and meet with some other people in my field. Of these 40+ people I have encountered there was not a single woman in the group. While slightly intimidating, I also knew that I have the knowledge and track record to hold my own. I work hard every single day at my business. To break through barriers and make my own path. These past few days have given me hell but I have to keep believing in myself and know that it’s worth it because I deserve this!

I’m so lucky that the stars have happened to align and I am surrounded by the best people. Whether life long friends, people I just happened to meet when I’m out in my favorite city, or ones I have met strictly through my business, ALL of them are wonderful humans.

When I wanted to make sure that my little blessings box was fully stocked going into the new year I decided to host a holiday dinner and game night for anyone who wanted to show up. My only ask was for everyone to bring some non perishables to put into my box. The dinner was delicious, games were fun but most importantly I have more than enough to fill my box!

I am so thankful for not only the people in my life but also for the incredible community I am invested in. This city has taken my business so far and it’s not slowing down. My little blessings box is my own way of giving back and saying thank you for allowing me to thrive here.
