The Lake of the Ozarks market slowed down a bit this past week, and the numbers give us a good look at what’s happening.

From September 4–11:

🏠 86 new listings
💲 92 price decreases
🔑 62 properties went under contract
✅ 48 properties sold

One number that really stands out this week is the 92 price decreases compared to 86 new listings. Sellers are making adjustments, while buyers are continuing to move forward on properties that make sense for them.

For buyers, this could mean more options, more negotiating room, and a little more time to make a decision.

For sellers, it’s a reminder that pricing your property correctly from the beginning and making sure it stands out matters—especially as the pace of the market begins to shift.

The market may be slowing, but it certainly hasn’t stopped. 62 properties going under contract in one week shows us that buyers are still making moves at the Lake! 🌊
