The Facio lake condo got a face lift during the off season!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this condo on the north shore. Bagnell Dam strip is within 10 minutes, where you can find many restaurants and activities for the entire family. Outdoor community pool available seasonally.

This cozy condo contains 2 bedrooms each with a queen sized bed and two twin rollaway beds (located in each bedroom closet) sleeps up to 6. Enjoy coffee or a meal on the screened porch with a view of the lake.

- Booking guest must be 25 years of age or older and on premises the entire time of booking/stay, no exceptions.
- 6 guests maximum! Only the guests registered at the time of booking allowed in unit.
- Absolutely no smoking of any kind, including va**ng, e-cigarettes inside unit or on the screened-in porch. Additional cleaning fees will be charged if smoking is detected.
-No parties of any kind. This is a quiet, family friendly complex. Quiet hours 11:00 pm-7:00 am are strongly enforced. Security is on premises 5:00 pm through the night.
- No pets of any kind allowed. You may see pets, only owners are allowed to have pets on the premises, per HOA.
- Take all trash out to dumpster upon check-out. This includes bathroom and kitchen trash. Dumpster is at the top of the hill to the right, just before the gravel lot.
- Empty fridge of anything that was not in there before.
- Two cars allowed from each unit in parking lot.
- Kindly place all used linens- towels and sheets in kitchen, near laundry area.
