Ryan Gattermeir is a second-generation Lake REALTOR who grew up in the business. After graduating from Westminster College in 1996, Ryan moved to St. Louis and began a career in office equipment sales, eventually becoming a national sales manager. Louis, Ryan’s love of Real Estate inspired him to earn his Real Estate License in 1998 and he eventually moved back home to the Lake in 2000 to work wit
h his father’s Real Estate brokerage. Ryan quickly earned the respect of his colleagues and exceeded sales expectations by applying many of the techniques and work ethic he learned in office equipment sales. After 8 successful years with his father’s company, Ryan decided that it was time to start his own brokerage…one that would focus on new technologies and emerging trends in Real Estate. So, in 2008 Ryan founded Gattermeir Davidson Real Estate, along with two Partners, Conda Davidson, and Ed Schmidt. The company grew to be the #1 Independent Real Estate Company in the area, with 10 full-time agents and an annual sales volume of $100M+. Then in 2017, Ryan and his partners seized a game-changing opportunity to join eXp Realty. eXp Realty is the first ever Agent-Owned Cloud Brokerage and the fastest-growing Real Estate Company in the country focused on technology and tools that give their agents the ability to provide a high level of service to their customers and clients. As owners, eXp agents have a vested interest in the success of the company and the service they provide. Ryan feels that giving back to the industry is a major component of his success. He served as the 2017 President of Missouri REALTORS and sits on the Board of Directors for the National Association of REALTORS. Ryan was awarded “REALTOR of the Year" by his local association in 2008 and 2009. In 2011, he was named the “REALTOR Salesperson of the Year” by Missouri REALTORS. Ryan and his wife Jennifer reside on the waterfront in Four Seasons with their two children, Ellie and Nicholas.
