I did NOT think this through.

Saw a pool. Did a cannonball. Regretted every decision immediately. 🥶

Turns out "heated pool" means nothing if nobody turned the heater on. Learned that one on camera the chilly way.

This is the backyard at my new listing in Saranac - pool, covered grilling balcony, and (once the heater's actually running) a lot less of a gut-punch than what you're about to watch. There's also a full home theater, bar, and second kitchen inside.

This client was commuting from New Jersey every time they wanted to see a home in person.

That didn't slow down the search to move back to their hometown of Lake Placid, we just got creative. In-person tours when they were in town. FaceTime walkthroughs of every home they were considering when they weren't.
