💡 A quick reminder for the seniors and families in our community...

If you or a loved one is 62 or older and owns a home in St. Charles County, you may qualify for the Senior Property Tax Freeze Program.
Last year, this program helped local seniors save more than $5 million in property taxes, and over 28,000 households are already enrolled. The important thing to know is that enrollment is not automatic, and applications and renewals must be submitted by June 30.

Sometimes the most valuable information is simply knowing what resources are available. If you have parents, grandparents, neighbors, or friends who may qualify, please consider sharing this post with them.
