🎳 What a fantastic time at the SLAA Bowling Event! 🎳

Our team had an absolute blast spending the day together, sharing laughs, friendly competition, and making great memories both on and off the lanes. Events like these remind us how important teamwork, camaraderie, and having fun together truly are.

A huge thank you to everyone who participated and represented our team so well. From strikes to gutter balls, every moment was filled with fun, encouragement, and plenty of team spirit!

We’re already looking forward to the next SLAA event. 💙

Maintenance Technician – FULL TIME ($1,500 Sign-on bonus and on-call bonus!)
Pay: Competitive Pay (Depends on experience)
Job Description:
We are seeking a talented, dependable, and hard-working Maintenance Technician to join our team! Our company is owner-operated, providing exceptional multi-family living experiences.
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the excellent condition and functionality of our apartment homes and business facilities. Duties include completing repairs, performing make-readies, and managing inventory of maintenance supplies.
The ideal candidate is a knowledgeable, well-rounded maintenance professional with strong communication and organizational skills, who excels at problem-solving and takes pride in their work.
Repair faulty equipment, appliances, and damaged structures within units.
Maintain and manage heating, cooling, and plumbing systems.
Complete repairs and make-ready tasks as needed.
Perform routine quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure proper operation.
Conduct general maintenance tasks throughout the property.
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar maintenance role
Strong knowledge of electrical and plumbing
Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques
Physically capable of performing duties and available for on-call/overtime, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays. *On-Call is a rotation between team members. Typically 5-7 days per month.
HVAC certification or a certificate in building maintenance technology (preferred)
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
