Kris Preuss Realtor/Coldwell Banker Gundaker Born and raised in the St. Louis area, I obtained my realtor license in my early twenties. One, now a registered nurse and my second a chemical engineer.

I was blessed enough to take a step back from the work life and embarked on the adventure of being a stay at home mom to two wonderful daughters on our horse farm. I was faced with being an empty nester so I decided it was time to start doing what I love again; assisting people with finding their dream homes and properties. The nerves of re-entering the work force quickly faded at the end of my fi

rst year back as I was awarded Rookie of the Year. Now, many years later I am a seasoned veteran. Whether it is a starter-home, new build, or a multi-acre farm, my extensive knowledge of the surrounding St. Louis counties allows me to find the perfect fit for each individual client’s needs. Just like no two deals are the same, no two clients are the same; that is what I love about my profession. Processing all the information about buying or selling a home can be hard to handle. I make it as simple as possible by being completely honest and educating clients along the way; even when I must tell them something that is hard to hear. My end goal is always to make my clients feel empowered with knowledge, so they are confident that they are making the best decision. I am known by my peers for my attention to details, skilled negotiating, and having each client’s best interest at heart. I am accountable from the moment I connect with a new client, even past closing, to ensure they are loving the largest investment of their life. When I am not assisting clients with making their dreams come true, I love to spend my time outside. I find my greatest joy when I am riding one of our horses, water skiing, or any outdoor activities.
