I'm going to have a 3,250 sf office/warehouse space available in a week located a mile south of I-70 and Hwy 94 just off Hwy 94. 1,200 sf office (40'x30') and 2,050 sf warehouse. It does have a drive in door which I believe is 8 wide x10' tall. I'll be by it Monday and will set a lease rate then and get new pictures. The ones I have are from when I leased spaces here 3 and 5 years ago. Thanks

Sold it Friday. New owner wants me to lease it out as professional space after upgrades are completed. So.....A Sale and a Coming Soon! 5011 Hampton Ave. Great demographics, 147,224 people inside of 3 miles from here. It's a mile from I-44 and three miles from I-270. We'll set a lease rate after upgrades......

Good month. Sold the Ryder facility in Lake St Louis to Ryder. That's four deals knocked out in June. I have Office space for lease in Wentzville and LSL. 800-1,200sf +/- in each municipality. Expanded my footprint to have listings in North County and South City. Putting the finish touches on www.dawrealtygroup.com and www.harrydaw.com they are live now. Call me on the office space though, the LSL office space is rare....thanks.

Under Contract in O'Fallon MO. Investors are looking for revenue producing property. if you're sitting on a 4% loan right now and are fully occupied there's going to be a lot of 9% calls made to people at year end. Might be a good time to think about selling!!
