This home with some of the most beautiful views had an incredible journey… from multiple offers, to going contingent, to pending with incredibly strong terms, and now officially SOLD & CLOSED! We ended up selling over list price with all contingencies waived. After receiving a bump notice, the original contingent buyer ultimately had to terminate, allowing the second buyer with the stronger terms to move forward to closing.

Definitely a lot of moving pieces behind the scenes on this one, but I’m so grateful everything worked out the way it did. I’m especially grateful for this one and for the trust my sellers placed in me throughout the entire process. So excited for my sellers and their next chapter ❤️

When I first met with the sellers, they were stressed about timing. Average days on market were over 30 days, and they were preparing to relocate to Seattle while also leaving the country for their daughter’s college graduation. They thought they’d be managing a long-distance sale while traveling.
