Just Sold in Lynnwood!

Congratulations to my buyers on their new home at Aspen Woods! The Dahlia floorplan offers three thoughtfully designed levels, an open concept main floor, spacious kitchen, private primary suite, and a side by side two car garage.

Snohomish County is seeing a major shift in where people are choosing to live, and remote work appears to be playing a significant role. Communities like Sultan, Stanwood, Lake Stevens, and Arlington have experienced substantial population growth since 2020, as more residents look beyond major urban centers for space, lifestyle, and access to the outdoors.
