Our Designated Broker and owner, Larry Lian, is moving towards retirement. To that end, he has sold his ownership interest and is stepping down as Designated Broker. Larry will stay on with us as an Associate Broker.



We are excited to welcome our new owner, T.C. Hyatt, the #1 John L. Scott Broker in the County. He is excited to share his knowledge and skills with our team.



Our new Designated Broker, John Miller, has been our Sales Manager for nearly a decade. He is also excited to step into this leadership role, and looks forward to the opportunities this change will afford.



With this change of leadership, we taking the opportunity to remodel our office, and are planning a grand “re-opening” event shortly. Will keep you posted.
