We previously had told our tenants that all satellite dishes needed to be removed so the property could look better. We fee that the metal poles left over sticking out all over because they are all cemented in the ground is a much better touch.

All we really care about is money. Previously to relocate units within the property it was about 200.00-300.00 Now it is about 2,000.00 - 3,000.00. If that does not tell you how greedy we are then we're not sure what does.

We have since fired our previous staff and office crew that used to do a lot for the property and replaced them with less useful maintenance and office people that do way less.
