Steve Facella, Realtor/ Associate, LPT Realty Real Estate in Lake Worth and Palm Beach County I was born in Brooklyn, NY to the children of Italian immigrants.

Mom and Dad wanted to get out of the big city so when I was 10 we moved to Orlando. I lived in Orlando for over 30 years and watched it grow from a small town to a big city in its own right. Because I am really a big kid at heart, I am also a big fan of the theme parks in Central Florida. In my early 20's, at my fathers' urging, I applied and was hired by Ma Bell (AT&T). He kept saying "Get a job with benefits!" because every parent wants their children to be well taken care of. I reluctantly obliged and ended up manufacturing computer chips, which turned out to be a pretty cool job. Then the dreaded words "downsizing" and "spin-off" echoed in the hallways and before I knew it, they closed the factory where I had worked for 21 years. Luckily they offered incentives to take classes and train for new jobs. I had become interested in real estate after buying and renovating my first home. So I decided to further my interest and take Real Estate classes and was licensed shortly thereafter. I have since relocated to Lake Worth and begun my association with The Pier Group and now ReMax Prestige Realty. I fell in love with this area as soon as I arrived. The miles of waterfront, the historic downtown area and the incredible diversity of its residents have captivated me. I now look forward to helping others discover Lake Worth's irresistible charm

I'm delighted to bring this office, medical use, and or food services space at the Sanctuary Centre Professional building to market in a prime East Boca location at the intersection of Yamato Road and N. Federal Highway. This is a 987-square-foot 1st-floor unit with interior and exterior access. Formerly an operating restaurant, the unit boasts a kitchen (no vent hood) and dining area with two AC units. The kitchen is partially equipped with refrigerators, freezers, triple sinks, ovens, and cabinets. It’s a little warmer today. Right now, it’s 68 degrees outside, with a high of 71—still quite chilly for us.

When the air outside is colder than my air conditioner is set to, it’s a bittersweet feeling—so refreshing yet strange. I’m so used to the heat year-round. As a big guy, I find comfort in this coolness; it's like heaven to me.
