To my fellow plant lovers, and everyone who’s sick of looking at their brown plants after this winter’s unusual Florida freeze - just keep hanging on - don’t prune hard yet! Once the weather is more reliably warm everyday, the plants will be ready. Soil takes longer to warm up, so the roots still need a bit more time to help the plants be their best.

The real mistake hides behind good intentions and happens in yards across Florida every year.
