In the last WEEK, Lake Wylie (29710) had 12 closings.

They closed at about 85% of their original list price (this does not account for any seller concessions which is common in today's market).

🏡 FOUR homes closed at their original list price so that possibility is entirely possible! 🏡 On Average, seller concessions were at $5000 for each transaction AND there was a new construction concession of almost $18,000! 💰

According to ABC News, foreclosure filings increased 21% nationwide during the first half of 2026 compared with the same period last year. South Carolina is among the states experiencing higher foreclosure activity.
