The Top Hat, a Monopoly-themed boutique hotel in Atlantic City's Orange Loop, will open this fall with six rooms, retail space, and rooftop views.

RMS Capital, alongside Zoubek Properties will be redeveloping the historic firehouse at 535 Atlantic Ave in Atlantic City. Attached are renderings of our vision for the property, along with a photo of the building today.

The long-vacant building will be transformed into a mixed-use space and would be ideal for a distillery on the first floor and co-working offices on the second floor for entrepreneurs, freelancers, and small businesses.

We are excited to bring new life to this historic property and turn our vision into reality.
