RMS Capital, alongside Zoubek Properties will be redeveloping the historic firehouse at 535 Atlantic Ave in Atlantic City. Attached are renderings of our vision for the property, along with a photo of the building today.

The long-vacant building will be transformed into a mixed-use space and would be ideal for a distillery on the first floor and co-working offices on the second floor for entrepreneurs, freelancers, and small businesses.

We are excited to bring new life to this historic property and turn our vision into reality.

Grand Timber was already a stunning property in the heart of the Poconos, featuring a breathtaking indoor pool, 5 spacious bedrooms, and 3 full baths. While it could have performed well as-is, we aimed higher, transforming it into a true destination.

We added outdoor amenities like a pickleball/basketball court, miniature golf, a firepit, hot tub, barrel sauna, horseshoe pit, and a swing set, creating a playground for both adults and kids. Inside, we elevated the experience with two game rooms and a golf simulator.

This focus on providing experiential stays has set Grand Timber apart—and led to over $82,000 in bookings in just 60 days.

In a previous post, we introduced Fairway Oasis — now we’re excited to share its remarkable success!

When we acquired our first Scottsdale property, it was an underperforming short-term rental (STR) generating less than $100,000 annually. We saw its potential and turned it into a premier guest experience, now known as Fairway Oasis.

Here’s how we did it:
• Converted the unused garage into a speakeasy-style game room
• Enhanced the backyard, which already featured a pool, putting green, and bocce ball court, by transforming it into an outdoor oasis with the addition of a pickleball court, firepit, golf driving net, and a new hot tub.
• Professionally decorated the interior for maximum guest comfort and enjoyment

The results? In just 75 days, Fairway Oasis has generated an impressive $68,700 in gross bookings!
