🏡✨ FROM RETIREMENT DREAMS TO THEIR FOREVER HOME! ✨🏡

Sometimes the best things in life happen when you’re not even looking for them. ❤️

This one is extra special because I had the absolute honor of helping my parents — who also happen to be my clients — find their beautiful new home! 🥹🏡❤️

For the past 2 years, I’ve been telling my parents, “Just retire, enjoy life, travel, and take some time for yourselves!” ✈️🌎 They officially retired this year and had plans to travel for a year before even thinking about buying another home.

And honestly… they weren’t really looking. 😂 They were doing what most buyers do — browsing Zillow just for fun! 👀🏡

Then my mom came across THIS home. 🏡❤️

At the very last minute, she called me and said she wanted to see it. I immediately arranged a showing, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Showami because it has been such a lifesaver for agents when you need showing coverage quickly! 🙌🏽🔑

We walked into the home… and they FELL IN LOVE. 😍

They called me and said, “We want it!” 😂❤️

And just like that, our journey changed direction!

Over these past two years, we toured about 3 new construction communities, submitted approximately 4 offers, talked through options, and waited for the right opportunity.

They even took off on their beautiful Route 66 adventure 🚗🛣️🌵 and came back home…

…and then they found THE ONE. ❤️🏡

After two years of conversations, searching, touring, offers, traveling and waiting for the right moment — THEY CLOSED! 🎉🔑🥂

They were supposed to receive their keys on the 25th, but their amazing agent was able to get them to them the evening of the 24th! 🔑🏡❤️

Watching my parents begin this new chapter of retirement in a home they absolutely love is a moment I will never forget. 🥹❤️
