🥳So happy to announce that this property sold yesterday!! This one has been a rollercoaster of emotions. The seller of this home tragically lost her husband in July and needed a new beginning. We were able to accomplish that in just a few short months. Fast forward through back to back hurricanes, 5 trees down on the property, me getting on a roof for the first time to help remove trees. Friendships were made, tears were cried and we were triumphant in the end!! All to end with the home being bought by a young couple with a new baby to start their lives as a family😭🩷
Huge thank you goes out to Brandon Conger for not only introducing me to the seller of this home and now my friend for life, Faye, but also for helping us with keeping the yard up and helping cutting down trees after the storm.

🎊 Huge Congratulations goes out to my buyers for closing on their very 1st home🎊
It was a bumpy road with so many turns and surprises but together we stayed the course and were victorious. I can't tell u how many times I say "there is always a way to make this happen" and there always is.
We closed on an FHA loan in 3 weeks and locked in at a 5.49% interest rate which is amazing!!
Ive known Jordie since she was 3 years old, took her on her 1st trip to Disney and just got to be a part of her and her boyfriend buying their 1st house. Its moments like these that makes doing this all worth it❤️

Huge Congratulations to our first time home buyer Tyler!!!! We were up against a very short time line and actually closed in under 30 days with an FHA loan🥳 Our buyer used a down-payment assistance program and not only did he not have to bring any cash to close, he actually got a check for money back from his earnest money deposit!!! This is a huge victory for this family of four and now his two daughters have big rooms of their very own!! So happy we were able to be apart of such a special moment🩷🏡
