Before you pull up to that model center, call your agent first. 👏

If you visit a new community without your agent even just once and get registered into their system, the builder can refuse to recognize your agent on your contract. That means you’d be navigating one of the biggest purchases of your life with zero independent representation.

But here’s the thing, your agent has likely already been through that community. They’ve walked the models, they know the lot premiums, the builder’s reputation, which upgrades are actually worth it, and which ones you can add cheaper after closing.
