Job Details:
This position requires the employee to have specialized skill in digital photography and videography. The employee must be able to capture, edit, and create content at an exceptional and professional level for Realovative, its clients and agents. They will be required to Liaison with the Agents and Clients to film, photograph, and 3D capture Real Estate. This position must also be able to creatively use the content and technology at their disposal to create photographs and video clips for online use by Realovative and its Agents and clients. As this position grows so will the skill set and level of creativity required to produce the content expected out of this position.
EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION:
Pay rate(s): $26,000 annual salary
Bonus: $20 per property visited, driven to by employee for content capture.
The bonus structure is subject to change. After three months of start date, there will be a review of Employee’s performance, and compensation can be potentially raised based on performance.
EMPLOYEE SCHEDULE:
There is a Flex schedule for this position, as follows: Monday-Friday 7:30am to 5pm or 8:30am-6pm with a 1-hour lunch break. Schedules will alternate and depend on influx of activity. Schedule will require Employee to be available for Client Shoots and Appointments during off hours. Employees will be expected to be able to work Saturdays 10am-3pm. These schedules will be evaluated every 3-months and changed as necessary. Employees are committed to an established schedule. Realovative asks that any requests to make changes to the agreed upon schedule be given at least two (2) weeks in advance. Realovative will consider requested schedule changes and will make decisions based on the best interest of our clients and the sustainability of the business.
EMPLOYEE BENEFITS:
Paid Time Off: Realovative supports vacation and encourages spending time with loved ones, as well as time off for other necessary reasons. Realovative currently offers 5 days of Paid Time Off Per year and asks that Employees provide at least two weeks’ notice for any Paid Time Off. Not to be carried over to the following year. Unused days will be relinquished by the employee. In the event of firing or quitting, these PTO days hold no nominal value, they can only be used by Employee during term of employment.
Paid Sick Days: Realovative offers Employees a total of 2 Paid Sick days off per year. Not to be carried over to the following year, hold no nominal value, and only used during Employees term of employment.
Paid Holidays: Realovative recognizes the following Holidays: New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Memorial Day, July 4th, and Christmas. All of these Holidays will be full 8-hour paid days for Employees.
· Employees are eligible for these benefits after 90 days of being employed at Realovative.
EMPLOYEE OBLIGATIONS:
Employees are expected to show up on time with their own transportation.
Employees Social Media Accounts to be kept professional and agreed to be used on Realovatives’ Website and Company advertisement
Employees are required to have their own cell phone for contact with Realovative Personnel and/or clients when necessary.
DRESS CODE:
Employees are required to dress in business casual attire. Void of any rips, tears, holes in clothes. Attire is to be clean and considered appropriate for a business office.
Employees are required to dress in a way that does not show off an excessive amount of bare skin.
Employees are required to wear attire that contains no vulgar or obscene images, graphics, or words.
Employees are required to dress in a way that does not hinder their performance or job requirements.
