If you’re relying on RPR, the MLS “comparable properties” button, or Zestimates to price a home, your eyes and ears may as well be closed.
The only data that really matters is how today’s buyers respond with what they are willing to pay — and the market will tell you fast.

There are better ways if you’re having the same issue over and over.

😳People sitting on cash in the bank (losing money and buying power) or only investing in stocks, are missing out on thousands, if not tens of thousands in tax savings every year (like my clients 👆).

Real estate lets you pay less taxes, and keep more of your money instead of handing it to the IRS. Obviously everybody’s situation is different, and you need to talk to a CPA. But don’t do nothing, or keep renting without owning and buying investment properties, unless you like paying unnecessary money instead of keeping it in your pocket.
