With Hurricane Ian swiftly approaching the Florida coast, it is important to have a plan in place should something happen! Here are a couple links that can help you make that plan.

Have the supplies you need, a plan for your pets, and a plan should you need to evacuate your home. Protect yourself from wind borne objects by bringing what you can indoors. Stay up to date with the latest weather if possible. There are many other things that you can do to prepare. Don't wait until the last minute!

The Sons of the American Legion Post 72 in Mulberry will be holding their 4th Annual Country Fall Festival on November 19th, 2022. This event is a family friendly, free and open to the public. HTI will be there, so stop by and grab a business card, get some information on what we do, ask a home inspection question or just say hello! There will be great food, live music and much more. All proceeds to this event go to local charities. Hope to see everyone there.

Statistics show that nearly half of all home inspectors/inspection companies fail and close their business down within the first year.

HTI celebrated its 1st. Anniversary at the beginning of August!! Here's to not being a statistic and charging on into year number two.

Thank you to all the realtors, insurance agents, brokers, lenders, mortgage companies, friends and family who have supported me in this endeavor to start HTI. Words cannot express how grateful I am.
