Alex Delannoy joined The Ruthvens in March of 2022 and leads the charge on our brokerage properties and services. He made a successful name for himself as a senior advisor at KW Commercial, where he built a book of commercial real estate business and managed brokerage assets in the Central Florida area for five years. Alex is known for providing results by creating opportunities through analyzing

a problem and finding a durable solution by using all resources available. A unique fact about Alex is that he was a professional paintball player abroad and joined one of the top teams in the world in the Tampa, FL area in 2010. An entrepreneurial spirit led him to create his own business, Action Paintball & Laser Tag in Winter Haven, FL. Alex is originally from Toulouse, France. After coming to the US, he set up roots in the Central Florida area. He is married to his wife Melissa, have two long haired dachshunds, and they enjoy new experiences, traveling, cooking, and making memories with family and friends.

New office lease signed on South Florida Ave, but I bet you won't guess what happen a week before lease signing!

After months of negotiation with both parties, all the terms have been agreed to, we were waiting on both parties to sign the lease. I'm on my way to the airport for a vacation, and a vendor sends me this photo https://loom.ly/8lrWz3M. An ambulance responding to a call crashed into the building, thankfully no one was in the back and the crew left with only a few injuries. Fortunately, the Landlord was fantastic and both parties agreed to still move forward as planned.

There's no average deal, but this one was special!
