I want to thank all of you for trusting me with your home buying and selling needs. The 2025 NAR sales per agent list came out and it wasn't pretty for most Realtors. 71.1% of Realtors did not sell a single property. I feel so blessed beyond words that I did so well. I accomplished 20 transactions as a single agent with full service to every client. I do not buy leads from 3rd parties like ZILLOW or Realtor.com and such. I strictly work with friends, family, and referrals. Thank you for a great year in a grim market. As always, please send me your friends and family.
