What does having a beer 🍺 and grilling steaks 🥩 and shrimp 🦐 have to do with closing two real estate deals this week⁉️

-Well, lemme tell ya:

👉 These two transactions have officially been THE TOUGHEST MOST STRESSFUL ❌ deals I have EVER done in my 10yr career 🥵

🛑 I can’t even and don’t have the mental capacity to tell you the hellacious bumps and bruises we had with this almost 60 day 🗓️(that’s right, multiple extensions after the usual 30 day timeframe) closing.

-All I gota say is this:

🗣️ Real estate 🏡 if fun. Adventurous. Stressful 😣 Agitating. Long. Unpredictable at times. Loving. Memorable. And Rewarding 🥇 All at the same time 😂

💥 Sometimes when it’s extra tough like this one, all you can do is have a beer. Eat some steak and shrimp. And put your feet 🦶 up and rest for a bit before you start the next deal 🍻

👉 AND its my future family 😱 Cousin in law (I think that’s the break down 😁)

-This young man had a dream to get engaged to his girlfriend/now fiancée AND after she said “YES” 💍, to buy her a place to make it a home 🥹 as they get married in November 🤵🏻‍♂️ 👰

This is the place they will start their lives together and make all the beautiful memories together and down the road…start their family 👶🏻🍼 together 💗

(For the record before any confusion, she’s not pregnant 🤰 and they both have openly told me they want babies after getting married ✅)

Happy Friday Y’all 🙌 What a way to end the week 🤩

-Yesterday I got to witness two friends sign the paperwork to become first time HOMEOWNERS
🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳

We had a few bumps and bruises 😳🫠 and a few setbacks but at the end of the day, we got to the finish line 🏁

We had a great time yesterday with some laughs 😅 as you’ll see in the pictures 📸

🗣️Shout out to Heather Alford for being an awesome agent to work with and helping us get to the closing table 🤝

💥 I can’t wait for taco 🌮 night! (don’t forget you guys promised me shrimp 🍤 tacos once you move in‼️ )
