What a way to end the week 🎈 Happy Friday Y’all 🙌 First time homebuyer in the house 🏠

👉 AND its my future family 😱 Cousin in law (I think that’s the break down 😁)

-This young man had a dream to get engaged to his girlfriend/now fiancée AND after she said “YES” 💍, to buy her a place to make it a home 🥹 as they get married in November 🤵🏻‍♂️ 👰

This is the place they will start their lives together and make all the beautiful memories together and down the road…start their family 👶🏻🍼 together 💗

(For the record before any confusion, she’s not pregnant 🤰 and they both have openly told me they want babies after getting married ✅)

Happy Friday Y’all 🙌 What a way to end the week 🤩

-Yesterday I got to witness two friends sign the paperwork to become first time HOMEOWNERS
🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳

We had a few bumps and bruises 😳🫠 and a few setbacks but at the end of the day, we got to the finish line 🏁

We had a great time yesterday with some laughs 😅 as you’ll see in the pictures 📸

🗣️Shout out to Heather Alford for being an awesome agent to work with and helping us get to the closing table 🤝

💥 I can’t wait for taco 🌮 night! (don’t forget you guys promised me shrimp 🍤 tacos once you move in‼️ )

It’s been so busy in real estate lately and 👇 here’s the proof 🤪

-And of course I’m not trying to brag, it’s just that when people see that I’m 🏃‍♂️ go go go all the time, it’s because I have a lot of families depending 🙏 on me to get them to the finish line 🏁

Though stressful and chaotic 🥵 at times, nothing is better than when I get to hand the check 💰 over to a seller that gets to walk away with the big chunk of equity from their house 🏠 sale, or hand the keys over to a brand new buyer that gets to become a homeowner 🔑 🤝 🥹

We got the CLEAR TO CLOSE on this one 🙌

-What does that mean⁉️

👉 It means my Buyer’s file is complete! All the inspections and appraisals and financing contingencies, EVERYTHING has been cleared

🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🥳

So basically now we just have to wait for the paperwork to get put together and schedule the closing so the buyer can sign and get the keys to their brand new home 🏡

💥 What a blessing 🙏

I just got out of a meeting with Lakeland's City Manager and Finance Director, and we dived deep into the proposed Homestead Property Tax Elimination. 📉

Sure, a lower monthly mortgage sounds amazing on paper! 📄💸 But what happens to our:
🌳 Beautiful local parks?
🚒 Fire & Police response times?
🛣️ Road maintenance?

I’m torn—as a homeowner, I love savings, but as a Lakeland resident, I love our quality of life! 🏙️❤️

Happy Friday! Closing Day‼️ 🙌 #2 for the week 😁

My buddy Daniel Cano that I’ve known for over 26 years now ( 🪽⏰🪽 😱 ) just sold this beautiful home 🏡

-He’s been dreaming of a change for a while and decided it was time to move to the next venture in his life for his family 🤩

Thank you 🤝 Daniel and Verenise for helping to get this place sold in the tight timelines. Super proud of y’all for what all you did to this well maintained home 🏠

Closing Day 🙌 Got this beautiful over 1 acre property sold today 🤩

-It was only on the market for 20 days. We got a buyer under contract within 12 days. That buyer had a hiccup so had to cancel. 8 days later he came back WITH the solution to his hiccup and BOOM 💥 , sold❗️CLOSED‼️

✅ 2021 built home 🏡 made quite an impression on the family that bought it 🥹

Last week was a big one for me in real estate — I was blessed to get 4 properties under contract 🙌🏡

-But if I’m being real, I didn’t feel right posting about it at the time.

A close friend of mine passed away 😔 and I wanted to take that week to honor him, reflect, and keep things in perspective. Some moments are just bigger than business.

✳️ This week, I’m getting back to it — grateful, focused, and not taking any opportunity for granted.

Super excited 🙌 for the four different families that have started the process on selling their home 🏡 or obtaining home ownership 🔑
