Another one under contract this weekend. 🥳

Congratulations to my Sweet buyer on getting her dream home built with ADA specifications she needed. I met her a few years ago when I saved a client of hers, from Foreclosure and sold that home and seller walked with cash at closing.
She contacted me and asked me to help her and she told me what she needed. I felt I may not be in a place to help her fully since I have a lot on my plate right now and I have an excellent agent I can refer her to, just to make sure she got all the help and attention she deserved. She was not taking that and insisted I work with her because she trusted me. I was very humbled and agreed. We signed our BBA and started looking for homes. I am glad I was able to help her Save $30k on the new build and get the doors widen for her husband with his ADA needs. We were in tears signing these contracts, because soon she will be able to bring her husband back home in a house that accommodates his needs. ❤️
