I was born and raised in Bangladesh, and after completing my primary and secondary education, I pursued my higher studies in Political Science at the National University of Bangladesh. In 2003, I obtained my first Post Graduation Degree, and I was determined to continue my education to gain more knowledge and skills. In 2016, I earned my second Post Graduation Degree from Columbia Southern University in Human Resource Management, located in Orange Beach, Alabama, USA. My journey as a home inspector started when I moved to the United States. I had always been passionate about real estate and construction, and I was determined to turn my passion into a career. I started working as a home inspector in 2012 and gained valuable experience in the field. I have been working in the industry for several years now, and my passion for this work continues to grow each day. As a Certified Master Home Inspector (CMI) by InterNACHI and licensed in the state of Florida, I am qualified to inspect various types of properties, including residential and commercial buildings, mobile homes, and more. My services cover a wide range of inspections, including general home inspections, commercial building inspections, windstorm mitigation inspections, four-point inspections, tie-down inspections, and FHA engineering inspections. My main goal as a home inspector is to provide a thorough and detailed inspection to my clients. I understand that buying or selling a property can be a stressful and overwhelming process, and my aim is to make it as smooth and hassle-free as possible. I take the time to educate my clients about the condition of the property and provide them with a comprehensive report, which includes pictures and detailed descriptions of any issues found during the inspection. I am proud to serve the community in Polk, Pasco, Hillsborough, Osceola, Highlands, Lake, Hardee, Orange, Desoto, Hernando, & Citrus counties of Florida, and I am committed to providing high-quality services to my clients. I believe that communication is crucial, and I make sure to communicate with my clients throughout the inspection process and address any concerns they may have.
