We’ve been very fortunate this year and it’s great to see business continuing to grow along I-4.

Plant City EDC investor Central Florida Development recently completed three leases at the Central Florida Commerce Center #3, bringing the park to 100% occupancy.

Baker Distributing Company, Carswell Distributing Co., and National Powersport Auctions will bring economic development and jobs to the Plant City area. CFD is already hard at work on the 193,000 SF Central Florida Commerce Center #4 to meet the growing market.

It’s great to see our customer, FitLife Foods, adapting to these strange times, and continuing to operate their business and keep people employed! Their healthy, prepared meals are awesome as well!

Workers at their Culinary Center in Plant City are getting their temperatures checked before they enter the facility and wearing protective gear that leaves only their eyes exposed.

The office market along the I-4 corridor is rarely talked about, but we have developed and leased over 300,000 square feet of office space in Lakeland. We recently completed this office building at AirPark adjacent to the Lakeland Airport, and have 10,000 sf available for lease. AirPark is a 100 acre mixed use project and we also have commercial sites available for lease or sale. Contact us for more info!
