Confession: being a Realtor = a whole lot of windshield time. Like… a lot a lot 🚗💨

But hey, silver lining? I’ve got two offers in the works 🙌 and I’ve basically turned my car into a full-blown concert venue. No skips, no interruptions… just me, the open road, and every favorite song back-to-back-to-back like I’m on tour.

Miles on the car, but progress for my clients… I’ll take that trade every time 🎶🏡

Spring break with my son today and somewhere between the drive and the views, I ended up having one of those really good real estate conversations with a client.

It just reminded me, real estate isn’t about an office, it’s about real conversations, in real life moments, just helping people figure out what’s next for them.

And then you look up and you’re here, soaking in time that actually matters 💛

Grateful for the flexibility, the people I get to help and days just like this.

Anyway, I realized I’ve been so busy lately that I haven’t actually sat down for coffee with anyone for a while. That needs to change.

I’m going to treat a few people to coffee over the next couple weeks just to connect and talk life, Lakeland, and yes… a little real estate if it comes up.

Got to spend the afternoon showing homes with a seriously cool couple today. Lots of laughs, a few house pivots and the fun kind of “let’s go see one more” energy.

Now the night ends the best possible way: pizza delivery.

Real estate + great people + pizza. Hard to beat that combo 🍕🏡
