On Monday of last week, I found myself weeping on the floor of my bedroom, not out sadness, but rather, out of thankfulness.
I wept for minutes on end, although it felt like hours, thanking God for all of the blessings He has provided me with:
1. My family: 3 brothers, 1 sister, my mom, and my dad, all of whom I wouldn’t trade for the world. These 6 individuals have been with me through the highest of the highs and the lowest of the lows, and their unconditional love and unwavering support are priceless.
2. My job: Helping people purchase and sell the places they’ve come to know as “Home” is the best profession imaginable, as far as I’m concerned. I love my clients. I love meeting with them, showing them homes, talking about the market, meeting their parents, meeting their kids, and helping them reach the next chapter of their lives. Every client’s purchase or sale comes with a story, and I am honored to be a part of those stories.
3. My basketball program: I can’t think of anything in my life that brings me more joy than my basketball program, .il. My coaching staff, , , and my brother, Luke Casebolt, are the best and most supportive coaches around. And as for the players, they are a beacon of light every day of the week. The smiles and jokes they bring into the gym everyday, hearing them encourage each other in drills and during games, and watching them become friends with one another and build unbreakable bonds makes all of the time spent coaching them worth it. These young men and women are the future of country, and I can’t think of anyone or anything more worthy of investment than them.

To be able to wake up every day and have the opportunity to spend time with my family, work with my clients, and coach basketball is everything I could ever ask for and more.
Lastly, I appreciate all of my friends, colleagues, and acquaintances that have been supportive of my endeavors. Thank you to everybody that has continued to support me in my real estate career and coaching career, I owe my success to all of you!😆🙌🏼

This past Friday was a monumental day in my real estate career as I sold my largest and most expensive listing to date, 5N783 W Sunset Views Drive in St. Charles, IL 60175! When I first got into real estate brokerage, I was nervous, even a little bit intimated, especially given the fact that I had no prior experience in the real estate industry when I joined , but the ongoing support I received from my family and friends, my mentor, Risa Weiss Kallis, my colleagues, locals of Wauconda and nearby areas, , and the Chicago Association of REALTORS helped me overcome those nerves. Every step of my journey was met with encouragement and positivity, and the people I surrounded myself had unwavering confidence in me and my abilities.

This award, the “Outstanding Achievement” award, means the world to me, and I display it as if it were the World Series Trophy, but I recognize that none of this would have been possible if it weren’t for all of you.

As 2021 comes to an end, I get to reflect on this past year and recognize all that has been accomplished. For my first year as a realtor, I sold a total of 23 homes and 3 pieces of land for a total of $5.8 million in sales volume! But let’s talk about the numbers that really matter: I helped 11 first-time homebuyers purchase the homes of their dreams, 17 of my clients left me with beaming, 5-star reviews, and I helped 4 clients sell their houses so they could move out of state or closer to family(and every single one of their homes sold for the asking price or higher). I formed a number of very important business relationships and further established myself within . 2021 was an incredible year for me and my career, but looking back on it, I know I could not have accomplished any of this without all the support I received along the way. The messages from friends congratulating me on recent sales, the likes and comments left on my “Welcome to the Neighborhood” vides, the nonstop encouragement from my family and my mentor Risa Newman Weiss, and all of the positive messages and conversations I had with fellow realtors, all helped me to have such a successful year in 2021. I’ve said it once, and I’ll proudly say it again, my success is not a reflection of all of my hard work, but rather, it is a reflection of all of the love, support and encouragement I have received every step of the way to get to this point. Episode 2 of “Welcome to the Neighborhood” is out now! For this episode, I featured Wauconda’s “Lake View Villa” subdivision, which is a subdivision that is very near and dear to me because I spent a lot of my childhood here.
Lake View Villa is filled with friendly people and an assortment of different homes. Residents get to take part in a number of enjoyable activities such as boating on Bangs Lake, neighborhood parties, and the ice-fishing derby in winter time!
