Your Association is focused on fighting for homeownership in the November elections. Proposition 37 would establish a down payment assistance program to help eligible middle-income Californians purchase newly constructed homes. For families who cannot clear the down payment hurdle, Proposition 37 can be the difference between renting and owning.

Your C.A.R. Leadership Team will lead a one-hour town hall for members on September 15 to make sure you are fully up to date on how this proposition can impact your clients.
