private entrance and private bathroom, private backyard, and private driveway.The bathroom is brand new, with a brand new tile shower and new fixtures. The bedroom has new carpet, and new doors. There is plenty of closet space with 2 closets. All utilities included, (electric, heating, A/C, cable tv, water, WI- FI, plus FREE LAUNDRY.)You will have kitchen privileges, by sharing a large 31 foot kitchen, with a single female. Kitchen includes: washer /dryer, microwave, full electric range, woodburning stove, refrigerator, antique writing desk, sitting area, breakfast nook, optional Full pullout sleeper, & all dishes, linens, silverware provided. Just bring your toothbrush!!!! Vacation in a beautiful community, at a fraction of the cost, and enjoy your privacy. Available by the month, or by the week. 1 person occupancy = $350 per week (w/ shared 31 ft kitchen) with a $50 deposit or 2 to 3 person occupancy = $450 per week (w/PRIVATE 31 ft kitchen with an additional full bed) with a $75 deposit. This is a place that deserves a visit!
