Locals here have passed on stories of sturgeon being caught here but we don't have any here anymore. Tenmile Lake, on the other hand, is a landlocked, tannin-stained coastal dune lake historically known for Tenmile Lake coho salmon, coastal cutthroat trout, and warmwater species like largemouth bass.
