😨 GOT THE STR BLUES? LET'S CHAT! 🗣
As Licensed Property Managers in a tourist driven community, we get A LOT of questions about "STR's". (That's fancy talk for Short Term Rentals.)😉 Folks are always curious about STR's vs. Long-Term Tenancy, and like everything else, the answer is never as straight forward as we'd like it to be. 😅
For starters, YES - STR's can (usually) bring in a much higher nightly rate! 💵
