Hey Guys , did you know that there is a rate reduce program that temporarily lowers the buyer’s interest rate so that their monthly mortgage payment reduces too. This program will use seller’s concession to close the deal.

If you are interested in buying a house but thought the interest rate is a little high, there are so many different programs that benefit both buyers and sellers so please don’t hesitate to contact me via social media or phone.

Hello everyone, Even though interest rate is a little higher at the moment price of the house is went down.

I was at the first time home buyers seminar a couple of days ago and was talking to one of the presenter and one thing stuck on my mind is that even though the interest rate is a little high at the moment let say that it will go down in a couple of years and you will be able to refinance it but you wouldn’t be able to refinance the lowest house price that’s going on right now.

What do you guys think?
