WE ARE CURRENTLY FULL. FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY: This is a small community (14 Units in 2 buildings) of people looking to live in a peaceful, respectful environment. Each unit is 4 levels with 3 bedrooms,2.5 baths, kitchen/dining/ laundry hook-ups in basement (resident provides machines), tiled kitchen and baths, granite counters, energy efficient heating system, and a fire suppression sprinkler system in each unit. Electric company is Middleborough Gas & Electric. These are non-smoking units (smoking outside only) , 2 assigned parking spaces per unit, guest parking provided. Heat is electric heat pump. Central a/c in each unit. Great school system. Built in 2015, rentals began 2016. Close to shopping, highways, recreation/parks and commuter rail. No gas onsite. We take care of landscaping, trash (dumpster on site) and snow removal. All units are the same size, have the same finishes and the same amount of windows. WE ONLY HAVE 3 BEDROOM UNITS--no studios, 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom units. Stairs only-no elevators. Utilities are paid by tenant. Most residents have Xfinity/Comcast. We do a full credit/employment/criminal/eviction/previous landlord check. NO PETS. We are not on property so please do not drop in, please call/text or email for a showing. Thank you.
