**Sell Side Survival:** The Go Basket System is your new best friend—one basket per floor for lightning fast cleanup when showing requests come in. Create strategic zones where showing-ready spaces stay staged while designated play areas let kids be kids. Set realistic boundaries around nap times and keep an emergency exit kit in your car.
