There is something extra special about helping someone buy a home… but getting referred by a past client’s daughter? That is the biggest blessing. 🥹❤️

These two adorable humans had been in their previous home for 26 YEARS! They originally bought that house thinking it would be their five-year plan, and somehow… 26 years later, they were ready for their next chapter. 🏡✨

They started the home search on their own, but eventually got tired of trying to figure it all out themselves (and honestly, I don’t blame them 😂), so they brought me into the picture!
They knew exactly what they wanted, and it was so much fun helping them find it. They are genuinely two of the most down-to-earth, realistic people I’ve ever met, and I absolutely loved getting to know them throughout this process.

And when they said they wanted a sexy kitchen… we delivered on the sexy kitchen. 😍🔥

They ended up finding the PERFECT home for them, and then came the fun part—getting all the extras. When they asked me what they should ask for, my response was basically: “Why not ask for it all?!” 😂😂

And guess what?
They got it ALL. 🙌🏼

This past Monday was such a special closing day for these first-time homebuyers! I originally met them through an introduction from her mom, who I have the privilege of knowing through church. It truly was an honor to come alongside them and help make this exciting goal a reality.

They had hoped to find a home they could move into once they were married—and now, they’ve officially closed on their first home just in time for their wedding at the end of this month! ❤️ What an exciting season of life they have ahead of them.

Newport wasn’t necessarily on their original list, but sometimes the right home has a way of finding you. This home was just steps from the river and was, without a doubt, one of the most well-cared-for homes I’ve ever had the opportunity to walk through. We even learned from a neighbor that the previous homeowner had been a builder and had built the home with an incredible attention to quality and detail. You could truly see the care that went into it.

I’m so grateful they trusted me to be part of such a meaningful milestone. Helping people find a place to call home is incredibly rewarding, but being able to witness the beginning of this next chapter for them makes it even more special.

Another closing that came from a friend’s referral, and those always mean so much. One of the greatest compliments I can receive is when someone trusts me enough to send their parents my way. That kind of trust is something I never take for granted. 🙏🙌

Some clients make this job extra special, and this was definitely one of those experiences. ❤️

I had the privilege of helping the sweetest client purchase an incredible Pottery Barn-style cabin on Bass Lake in Annandale. The moment you walk through the door, it truly feels like you’ve stepped into a Pottery Barn showroom—every detail is absolutely beautiful.

To make it even better, we were able to negotiate the furniture and the boat into the purchase, making this lake home truly move-in ready. It also features additional guest accommodations in the detached garage, giving family and friends their own cozy space to enjoy.

This journey began last fall with a simple conversation over coffee, and from that first meeting, I knew she was someone special. She was an absolute joy to work with from start to finish, and I couldn’t be more grateful that she trusted me to help her through this exciting chapter.

Closing day is always special, but this one was especially meaningful. ❤️

My seller had owned her home for over 50 years. I can only imagine how emotional and stressful it is to leave a place that’s been filled with so many memories. Being able to help make that transition a little easier is one of the greatest privileges of my job.

I’m incredibly thankful to a friend who referred her son to me and helped bring us together. Referrals truly mean the world to me because they represent trust, and I never take that for granted.

This home had been immaculately cared for over the years. The sellers did everything right, and it showed. At first, she didn’t think anyone would be interested and was considering selling to a cash-buying company. Instead, she trusted the process, and together we were able to get her home under contract during the very first weekend it was on the market!

Moments like these remind me why I love what I do. Helping people through one of life’s biggest transitions is so rewarding.

One of my favorite parts of this business is when relationships come full circle. ❤️

Not long ago, I had the privilege of helping one of my seller’s moms sell her home. That experience led to her referring her daughter to me, and I’m so grateful she did.

We first met in the fall while they were interviewing a few agents—and I actually love a little healthy competition! I’m thankful they chose to trust me with such an important decision.

From the moment I walked into their home, I was blown away. It was absolutely immaculate. Honestly, there wasn’t a single thing I would have changed. They had remodeled every inch with incredible attention to detail, and it truly showed.

As they began building their new home, we created a game plan to list this spring. Taking that leap of faith while carrying two housing payments isn’t easy, but they trusted the process, stayed patient, and did everything right.

What an honor it was to receive the call to help sell the home I grew up in. This was the last home where my entire family lived together under one roof, making this transaction especially meaningful to me.
