The Twin Cities real estate market is showing more options for buyers and continued activity for sellers.
For the week ending August 8, compared with the same week in 2025:
✨ New listings: 1,648 — up 14.6%
🏠 Inventory: 11,645 — up 8.2%
⏱️ Days on market: 40 — unchanged
📈 Pending sales: 1,012 — down just 0.6%
More inventory means buyers have more opportunities to explore, while sellers are still navigating a market where pricing and strategy matter.
