Scott Rifenberick Edina Realty Whether its made of straw, sticks, or bricks, Scotty can help make your new home dreams a reality...

With 25 years in the hospitality industry, Scott observed the community through creative eyes, sensed nuances and appreciated both form and function. His position required perseverance, tenacity and negotiation, and communication skills as he worked with a diverse, high-profile customer base. Today, as a real estate professional, he is bringing those same skills and talents to an equally broad spectrum of discriminating clients. A focused listener, able advisor and fierce yet fair advocate, Scott is known for his intuition and diligence while employing encouragement and genuine concern as he creates a positive experience for both sides in any property transaction. His business approach is direct and successful: he listens to the client's needs and matches them to the right property, then assures an honest and efficient transaction. Scott’s mantra, to be in touch and stay in touch, is the key to his long-term relationships with his clients, and that same philosophy permeates his philanthropic life. He is very active in the community by mentoring a group of 8th grade boys through his church, volunteering at a local elementary school helping students with reading and math, and volunteering at a local assisted living home.
