Congrats to Rachel and Connor for snagging this great home on 8.5 beautiful acres in the heart of their targeted area. Even though we spoke for the first time in June of 2022, this is the first house they saw. It was a perfect "one and done", because it was just what they wanted!

We won out on 4 other offers, and by negotiating using our strengths, we weren't the highest offer. It pays to have an experienced agent with good negotiating skills 👌.
